COACH PROFILE
Annette de Wolf
I am a 33-year-old HYROX athlete + Hyrox Ambassador and coach from Rotterdam with extensive experience in the sport. I have completed 38 HYROX races, qualified for the World Championships four times, and stood on seven international podiums. My journey started when I could not even run 500 meters.
Today, I coach and guide athletes toward their own HYROX goals and have already supported over 100 athletes on their journey.
“Don’t tell me the sky is the limit when there are footprints on the moon.”
This mindset took me from beginner to world championship level, and it is the same mindset I bring to help you reach your full potential.
Jim Doornbosch
As a coach, I help triathletes of all levels reach their goals through a personalized,
test-driven, and practical approach. From my bike fitting studio and running lab in
Hellevoetsluis, I provide performance testing and detailed movement analysis.
This allows me to support both athletes dealing with injuries and those aiming to
improve speed by training more efficiently.
My coaching toolbox is extensive. For each athlete, I design a structured plan that
aligns with their lifestyle and ambitions. Adjustments are made continuously
based on test results and training data, ensuring a data-informed progression.
My own racing experience forms an important foundation of this methodology. I
have competed in multiple full and half Ironman distance races over many years,
earning podium finishes in events across the world. I have experienced nearly
every race scenario possible. From races that executed perfectly from start to
finish to competitions where I had to navigate continuous setbacks.
This real-world experience directly informs my coaching. In recent years, I have
guided both beginners and athletes progressing toward World Championships. I
strongly believe in sustainable, long-term collaboration. That is why I maintain
close communication throughout the training process.
Whether you are starting from zero or aiming to break personal records, I help you
perform faster, fitter, and injury-free.
