Simcoachen Endurance Swim Camp
This is a swim camp for swimmers who want to become more durable and faster over longer distances. It is suited for you if you are doing a triathlon, longer distance swimming, a swim run, or enjoy swimming and want to learn how to improve your technique and sustain your pace.
Each session starts with a block of technique work, focusing on balance, body position, and efficiency. Early in the week, we establish your individual threshold pace. We then use this pace as a reference throughout the camp.
The sessions include work below, at, and above threshold, so you learn how to maintain good technique as the effort increases. The goal is to swim with control, not just push harder. We also film and analyze your swimming throughout the week.
This camp is for swimmers who can swim 400 meters continuously, at any pace.
By the end of the week, you will have better pacing awareness, improved endurance, and tools to swim longer distances with less effort and more speed.
