Are you a competitive swimmer looking to transform your technique and skills to crush your races next season? Join us in Lanzarote for a Summer Holiday Family Youth and Masters Swim Camp with Former Great Britain Swimming & Paralympic Coach Glenn Smith!
This camp will take place at the stunning Barceló Lanzarote Active Resort in Lanzarote, where you'll enjoy world-class coaching, beautiful sunshine, and a getaway focused on enhancing your skills.
Parents must accompany their kids! But don't worry, Lanzarote is a breathtaking island for parents to unwind while their kids are receiving professional coaching from Glenn. Non-training packages for parents and family members are available upon request.
The goal is to build your technique and fitness to maximise your performance. You’ll receive personalised guidance to fine-tune your performance for competition while mastering key skills like starts, turns, and finishes with Coach Glenn.

This camp is tailored for competitive swimmers aged 11–16 who are already competing at the county, regional, or national level. Get ready to refine your technique, build strength, and enhance performance for a competitive edge in the pool!
COACH PROFILE
Glenn Smith
Glenn Smith is a former Great Britain Swimming & Paralympic Games Coach who is exceptionally skilled at identifying, coaching, and developing talented athletes. With almost 30 years of professional swimming coaching experience, and having worked in the UK Midlands Nottinghamshire at the highly successful Nottinghamshire County Swim Squad (Nova Centurion SC), Glenn has gained a wealth of knowledge in coaching, as well as in planning and designing swimming programs for swimmers, Paralympic athletes, Masters competitors, and triathletes.
His exceptional achievements include the early development of double Olympic Champion and double Bronze Medallist Rebecca Adlington OBE, as well as coaching Paralympic Champions Sam Hynd, Ollie Hynd MBE, and Medalist Charlotte Henshaw MBE. Glenn has coached athletes to 10 Paralympic medals, including 4 Gold, and has placed Para swimmers on every Paralympic Team from 2004 through to 2016.
Additionally, Glenn was named British Swimming Paralympic Coach of the Year in 2015 and won the BSCA (British Swimming Coaches Association) Paralympic Coach of the Year award in 2015 and 2016.
