Muay Thai
Muay Thai group sessions are available Monday through Friday with two sessions each day: from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The camp also offers a weekend class on Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Led by a team of skilled Thai trainers, many of whom are former champions, these invigorating training classes welcome participants of all ages and proficiency levels.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
MMA classes run 3 times a week, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The sessions on Mondays and Fridays are dedicated to sparring, while Wednesdays focus on refining techniques. Dive into a comprehensive curriculum encompassing striking, grappling, wrestling, and submission techniques. With meticulous guidance, collaborative drilling, and supervised sparring, the essence of MMA excellence is waiting to be unlocked.
Wrestling
Frank Hickman, the wrestling coach to UFC champions, including Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanovski, will put you through your paces on the mat every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. With his knowledge and experience, you’ll learn the fundamentals and advanced wrestling techniques for MMA that have helped numerous world champions across different tournaments get to the top of their games.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)
In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, you’ll advance through belts from white to black. Here, Gi classes are open on Monday and Wednesday evenings. On Fridays, you can bring a friend and practice what you’ve learned during the week. Nogi classes, held at 10:00 a.m. from Monday to Friday, and at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, focus on mastering techniques such as fundamental takedowns, position controls, escapes, and submissions.
