Competitive Programme
NAC offers an extensive swimming training regimen alongside a robust water polo programme, emphasising essential skills in dryland workouts, recovery techniques, and nutritional guidance. Participants can opt for competitive swimming or water polo based on their preferences. As swimmers advance beyond the Learn to Swim programme, training is tailored to their individual needs, fostering a personalised approach to skill development. With a focus on both physical conditioning and technical proficiency, NAC ensures swimmers and water polo players are well-equipped for success in their chosen aquatic pursuits.
